 PHILOSOPHY BEAUTY is committed to protecting the privacy of our website, visitors, and customers.

The PHILOSOPHY BEAUTY team members are customers themselves of other Internet websites and fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you or security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.

Services: Unfortunately, for spa services & rituals we cannot accept any refund request, all services (including spa packages) purchased, booked, or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded because of concerns or expected results. We are committed to assisting our guest with all their concerns and shall advise for correction in post-treatment protocol and regimen to be followed. 

Promotional or Special Offer Items: On Sale and Special offers items and services are non-refundable; any deposit for booking services or events is also non-refundable. Rescheduling of appointment can only be done before 24 Hours.

Gift cards, Gift Certificates, and Packages: We do not refund Gift Cards, Spa Gift Certificates, Spa Packages, On Sale, or Special offers, all sales are final and non-refundable. Some services in Spa Gift Certificates or Spa Packages can be exchanged for other services. 

Packages: Our packages come with a 6-month validity from the date of purchase. All our packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. The service will be exclusively provided at the location of purchase and not anywhere else.

Products: Unused and non-opened products in the original package can be requested for a refund within 10 days of purchase.

Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase from the spa. Request for a refund can be made by contacting us at 971-52-608- 4482 or in person at the spa. You can always contact us at info@philosophybeauty.com for any refund/return questions.

Clients Package No Show / Same Day Cancellation: All no-show appointments are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
